               In the 21st century the new currency is the TIME.. As you take care about your money now should take care time as a currency ,but alas !we feel sad about loss of money but we don't even care about our time ,basically students have a real problems of realization of losing the most valuable asset of time.it can't replace with anything. 

The two most powerful warriors are patience and time  said by  Leo Tolstoy .In this blog we discuss about the time ,the first will discuss later in other blogs 

  • What is Time management 

Time management is the ability to manage time for tasks according to priority and urgency .In a short time management is execution of planning for the tasks in a limited time or ability to be more productive in less time. 

  • What are  the benefits of time management  ?

"yesterday is gone ,tomorrow has yet not come ,we have only lets us begin " said by Mother Teresa                                                                         lets begin the discussion with the most most valuable benefits of time management. 

  •  Extra time: Successful people don't have extra 24hour in  day, by managing time people you get extra hours, you can utilize those hours by learning new skill which will further give you extra miles to success. 
  • Better work management  According to Parkinson's law when deadlines are attached in a task, the task will bound to complete in given time. So this is the second benefit of time management.
  • Less stress. When you doing  this for a Month, the stress for work will decrease day by day.
  • Better work life balance Balancing between work and other aspects of life is so important for a successful life. 
  • Build positive mindset there is increase in confidence and positivity in life. This not only changes outside also changes inside in you. 

HOW TO IMPROVE TIME MANAGEMENT 

 In modern world of full of competition we have to mange our time wisely to became a good at any field ,here are the few secrets to improve your time management skill.

  1. SHARPNING THE SAW

Before improving the your time schedule you should know where your time is going in a day .Take a good note of one week to find where your time is wasting ,where your time is utilizing.

    2. PLANNING TO CHANGE BY KYZEN METHOD 

Every tree is started from the seed, Likewise our learning of improvement in time management should start small as per KYZEN  method examples  want to wake up early start from 10 minute  want to sleep early start from  10 minute early

   3. SET  DEADLINES

deadlines are the most important part of a task .mostly procrastination have come along with your way if you don't set dead lines .it creates urgency in work .this pressure gives you extra edge to work in limited span of time.

  4. FOCUSED ON ONE WORK

our mind thinks more work means more productivity ,multitasking sounds cool to majority of person ,but it lessens our productivity ,Infract computer cant do multitask it can do one work at at a time ,but it switches one task to another so fast that we think it can do multitasking . Focusing one thing leads you more productivity and calmness of mind .

5.OVER PERFECTIONISM

Perfection has no limit, if you think i have to read well every single word of my book then i will give mock test, then you landed in a wrong route of perfectionism , do work at limited span of time ,day by day you  will get better .

6.PRIORTIZING 
Prioritizing your TO DO list is one the key factor for your time management by Eisenhower's urgent important matrix.
  • WHAT IS EISENHOWER'S URGENT AND IMPORTANT MATRIX
  • HOW DO I USE URGENT AND IMPORTANT MATRIX ?
The first question what is urgent important matrix so it is chart by which division of tasks in our day to day life according to our priority .
  1. urgent and important tasks are types of tasks which we are not scheduled to do but comes urgently , suppose tomorrow is last date of submission of assignment so this is urgent and As well as important  do it first.
  2. important but not urgent tasks are those tasks in which deadlines are not so near enough to get hurried for that work just like after 3month we have exam of semester exam ,we have to study from today another example exercise is important but if we schedule time for exercise at least 30 minute ,this tasks are under important but not urgent tasks have to decide to do after finishing the first  quadrant.
  3. urgent but not important are those those types of tasks which comes unexpectedly with urgency ex. unexpected  phone call from office , ,unannounced request from family members ,this types of tasks can be delegated to someone .
  4.  Neither urgent nor important tasks are those types of tasks which can have less value in improving ourselves just like mindlessly   browsing  over watching movie, web  series ,playing video games ,this tasks should ignore. 
Second question how do i use this Eisenhower's urgent important matrix ?
it can use for every profession as their priority .

7.USE PARETO PRINCIPLE
NOW What is pareto principle ,as simple saying our 80% consequences comes from 20% work, then finding those 20% work and do those work at first to get maximum result is the matter of intelligence, i know you people our so intelligent .

8.TIME BLOCKING
Here another question arises what is time blocking ?
time blocking is method of time management where each tasks is divided by time blocks in a day where each block is purely dedicate to do specific tasks ,ELON MASK is also suggest to do time blocking  this increases your chances of less distraction and also increases your productivity.
