- important but not urgent tasks are those tasks in which deadlines are not so near enough to get hurried for that work just like after 3month we have exam of semester exam ,we have to study from today another example exercise is important but if we schedule time for exercise at least 30 minute ,this tasks are under important but not urgent tasks have to decide to do after finishing the first quadrant.
- urgent but not important are those those types of tasks which comes unexpectedly with urgency ex. unexpected phone call from office , ,unannounced request from family members ,this types of tasks can be delegated to someone .
- Neither urgent nor important tasks are those types of tasks which can have less value in improving ourselves just like mindlessly browsing over watching movie, web series ,playing video games ,this tasks should ignore.
